FAQs
How I work
As an integrative therapist my approach is collaborative, warm, supportive and non-judgemental. This is your space to talk about whatever you are bringing to therapy.
I tailor my approach to your unique needs at a pace that feels right to you to find a counselling style that works for you. I work in an open, conversational style. Together we develop strategies and tap into your own expertise and skills to empower and support you.
I work with young people aged 16+ and all adults.
